Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout. No physical item will be shipped. Please check your spam or promotions folder if the delivery email does not arrive.

Access help
If your file is missing, damaged, or difficult to open, email thegrownwitch@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll help you access the product or resolve the issue.

Returns and refunds
Because digital files are delivered electronically, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery. If there is a problem with your order or file, contact us and we’ll review it, including a refund where appropriate. Your rights under applicable law still apply.

Unless a product listing says otherwise, your purchase is for personal use. Please do not resell, share, or redistribute the files.
