The Grown Witch offers downloadable digital products, including field notes, guides, workbooks, scripts, and other educational resources. Please review this policy before purchasing.

Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. After checkout, you will receive access to your download through the delivery method provided with your order.

No physical product will be shipped unless the product listing specifically states otherwise.

Please provide an accurate email address during checkout and save a copy of your purchased files after downloading them.

Final Sale Policy

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are final once the file has been delivered or access has been provided.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not offered for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to read the product description

  • Incompatibility with a device, application, printer, or software

  • Failure to download or save the file

  • Differences in screen or printer color

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference

Download Problems

If you receive the wrong file, a damaged file, a duplicate charge, or experience difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact The Grown Witch through the website's Contact page, preferably within seven days of purchase.

Include your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.

We will review the problem and make a reasonable effort to provide the correct file, restore access, or arrange an appropriate resolution.

Technical assistance does not generally include troubleshooting a customer's device, software, printer, internet connection, or third-party applications.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Personal-Use License

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, all digital products are licensed for the purchaser’s personal, noncommercial use only.

You may download and print copies for your own use. You may not:

  • Share, forward, upload, distribute, or give the files to another person

  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially reproduce the files

  • Copy or republish the content in whole or in part

  • Use the content to create products for sale

  • Remove copyright, branding, or ownership notices

  • Claim the content as your own

  • Post the files in shared drives, membership groups, online communities, or public websites

Purchasing a digital product grants the purchaser a limited, nonexclusive license to use the files for personal, noncommercial purposes. It does not transfer ownership of the files or any intellectual property rights held by The Grown Witch or its licensors.

Product descriptions identify the file type, format, page count, and intended use when applicable. Please review these details before purchasing and confirm that your device and software can open the stated file format.

Printed appearance may vary depending on the printer, paper, ink, and print settings used.
